"The trip to Israel was outstanding. We are all very grateful for everything Ramah did for our group- we loved Shirly, Moshe Gold, and Talia. Truly rare gems. "

Lisa Katzman, Congregation Herzl- Ner Tamid, WA, July, 2009

"Thank you very much for all that you did to make our 8th grade Israel trip such a success.  The trip ran very smoothly... More importantly, the Israeli staff was top notch- they worked hard to make our trip meaningful and to build positive relationships with the students... I cannot say enough about (our staff) who worked tirelessly.  On the last day, we were on the kineret boat ride and the students were at first hesitant to get up and dance.  Our staff started dancing and encouraging students to join them- they were great madrichim in the Ramah tradition.  This is emblematic of their commitment to the students’ overall experience".  (Ben Mann)

"Just a quick note to repeat what I said about Moshe and Talia. They were absolutely outstanding on the trip. Everyone loved them, and if I were doing another trip tomorrow, I would ask for both of them immediately. Moshe was incredibly warm and personally engaging, funny and serious in the right balance, very knowledgeable, great communicator, superb educator, mensch par excellence. Talia did great taking the kids out on her own, and doing extra above and beyond the call of duty work with the oldest kids. Moshe's 'body map' and Talia's "hineh ma tov" are still in the forefront of my consciousness, nice mental souvenirs of the trip. Yasher koach Ramah! You guys are the best!"

"I learned not only about different Jewish stuff, but also new thing about myself and my friends. I also really enjoyed meeting new people".

"I was always proud to be Jewish, but not very openly. I never wore a Jewish star or Chai. Here, inIsrael, there are so many Jewish people, and for once, I did not feel like a minority. I've never been so proud to be Jewish. I know I'll bring that home with me and maybe pull a Jewish necklace out of my jewelry box…"
